SSI currently has two operating subsidiaries:

•          Offshore Joint Services  

•          C&L Pipeline Equipment  

SSI plans to continue acquiring operating companies in the oil and gas infrastructure construction area.  The focus will be on subsea services globally with some diversification in land pipeline infrastructure.

SSI will serve the substantial infrastructure growth required to meet the world’s energy needs in the future.
